Tim Allen – HOLLYWOOD HILLS WEST, $1.4 Million

Pierce Brosnan has been in a musical. Tim Allen has certainly been in a musical, too. All credit goes to these two actors who, despite their advanced years, never fail to look good every time they’re in front of the camera, whether it’s by invitation or a quick comeback to the spotlight.

Time Allen is one of the most controversial actors of all time. He even got people wondering about what he’s been up to the last couple of years and why he’s no longer acting. Well, just so the world knows, Tim is doing just fine. Aside from being Santa Claus way too many times, he’s chilling inside his Hollywood West home that cost around $1.4 million. Even though it is a bit of a fixer-upper, it’s got 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and custom-made Vermont floors.  Tim chose this place so that he could focus on what he really wants and take his time doing it. Pierce and Tim may be opposite in some ways but in choosing homes, they leave us with the same exact reaction — which is awe.
