Mel Gibson – MALIBU, CALIFORNIA, $14.5 Million

Mel Gibson and Jason Statham worked together in the third movie of the Expendables franchise where Gibson played the antagonist. There are other similarities to the two as they both own properties in Malibu as well. Mel Gibson is known for his movies such as Lethal Weapon, Braveheart, and The Patriot.

The award-winning actor has also a great eye for architecture as evidenced by his stunning Malibu home which is worth $14.5 million. Aside from being situated in a canyon for added privacy, it does have a gorgeous view of the Pacific coastline and the surrounding canyons – – not to mention, it also has a state-of-the-art home security system to boot. Both Gibson’s and Statham’s Malibu residences are works of art for sure. Their personal tastes appear in their choice of architecture, so it is hard to choose which between the two is better.
