Academy Award-winner Helen Hunt once designed and personally oversaw a full revision of a stunning Beverly Hills estate. However, she had not resided there by the time the renovations were completed. The lot was reportedly owned by Hollywood icon Errol Flynn, which Hunt and her husband purchased in 1997 and subsequently tore down the previous house. Eventually, it got listed on the market and was bought for $8 million based on the home finance valuation at the time.

The 4,000-square-foot abode has three bedrooms, a large family room, and maid’s quarters, as well as a pool and patio. With nearly 10 acres of land, it includes full-court tennis, a screening room, a lobby with a wet bar, and two office suites. At that time of the design, Hunt had planned to live in such a large home but changed her mind. Nonetheless, she carried on with building the house.
