Kate Upton – BENEDICT CANYON, $5.25 Million

Actress Kate Upton and her husband Justin Verlander of the Detroit Tigers purchased a private and gated Benedict Canyon mansion for $5.25 million, which was a good investment planning move on their part. The mansion measures just over 5,500 square feet, with many of the rooms on the ground floor that feature French windows that open up to the grass yard. Pitched and beamed ceilings run throughout the house, with a spacious kitchen that has a center island, a large cooking range, and a farmhouse sink.

Dual closets and bathrooms are found in the master bedroom, along with a fireplace. The dwelling has three other bedroom suites, a maid’s room, a bonus room that has its own entrance, a tennis court, several patios, and a swimming pool. This home was previously owned by another celebrity, tennis legend Pete Sampras.
