Robert Wagner once bought a house in Brentwood for $220,000 back in 1983, which was originally built in the 1940s. For nearly 40 years, the stylish ranch located in the coveted neighborhood of Sullivan Canyon was publicly available for sale. The 1.6-acre estate is priced at $11.9 million, which was $2 million less than what the property previously raked in. It was sold for an off-market, all-cash deal of $14 million. There must be advanced home security systems installed with that kind of money.

The single-story main house has more than 7,000 square feet of living space, with six bedrooms and five bathrooms. There are another 2,448 square feet of living space for the detached guesthouse that has additional two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Wagner is best known for his role as Jonathan Hart in the 1980s television show Hart to Hart.
