Mel Gibson and Jason Statham have both made a mark in Hollywood with the slew of box-office hits under their belts. Statham, who is known for his movies such as Transporter, Snatch, and Expendables, has a good eye for real estate as is evidenced by his choice of properties across the United States.

Outside the limelight, Statham has been buying properties and flipping them for a profit as part of his investments, just like what he did for his Malibu home which was sold for a whopping $18 million. His current home, like just his previous ones, had been renovated and updated to show off his love of mid-century design. It is currently listed at $7 million.
