Jessica Lange – NYC, $3.3 Million

Sissy Spacek and Jessica Lange were tagged as country gals, together with Sally Field, who just made Hollywood brighter with their acting. Lange’s career began when she starred in King Kong in 1976. She was also made the lead actress in the movie, The Postman Always Ring Twice. Aside from her numerous movies, she was also a familiar face in the American Horror Story franchise.

Just like Spacek, Lange preferred to stay away from Hollywood by buying a property in Stillwater, Minnesota, where she raised her family. Her recent acquisition, bought with her investment money, is a penthouse in 1 Fifth Avenue, for which she paid $3.3 million. Although her place will need some renovation, it won’t be surprising to find her making her personality shine through. Her Minnesota home may have been more about her country upbringing, like Spacek’s Virginia home, but for now, her place in NYC is her abode.
