Jim Parsons – Los Feliz, $6.9 Million

Through the years, the entertainment industry has introduced many iconic TV shows. Among those that get top credit for being comedy gold are The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother, which starred Jim Parsons and Neil Patrick Harris, respectively. Since then, Jim has had the chance to work on other projects, including stage productions such as The Normal Heart and the Tony Award-winning The Boys in the Band.

At one point, Jim was also the proud owner of a Los Feliz home, which he bought in 2014 for $6.3 million. Since then, it has been reportedly placed in the market for $6.9 million. Built in 1922, this 4,000-square-foot home has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a lagoon-style swimming pool with its own waterfall and fountains. To top it all off, this humble abode also once sheltered other well-known celebrities before Jim, including Tim Curry, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and Robert Pattinson.
