When you think of great action movies with the best martial arts scenes, you will surely come across either Chuck Norris or Sylvester Stallone. Chuck Norris has been in the box office for years. Chuck Norris is considered the king of Kung Fu so it doesn’t come as a shock that he has a lot of money to spend for their abodes.

Chuck Norris’s huge property in Tustin, California, was first built in 1977. He bought it for $3.5 million. It boasts a formal dining hall, a living room complete with a bar, an outdoor dining area with a barbeque, a personal spa with a dry sauna, and a huge patio. The place might have some outdated facilities, however, despite its obvious luxury amenities so we won’t be surprised if Chuck decides to have some of the flooring or walls renovated at some point.
