Like his predecessor, Barry Sanders also rose to fame for his storied career as an American football player who played his entire career as a running back for the NFL team Detroit Lions. Barry has garnered many accolades, most notably the NFL Most Valuable Award. He was also inducted into the Hall of Fame of professional footballers back in 2004.
